formafantasma

andrea trimarchi + simone farresin

formafantasma, sounds like a promising name. the 2 italian designers who just graduated at the design academy, IM masters, are the brainchilds of it.

sicily-born andrea trimarchi and simone farresin are now exhibiting at the graduation galleries of the design academy, as a part of the dutch design week.

‘moulding tradition’ is the latest project of the 2 designers. the idea is to demonstrate how any folk tradition can be reinvented amd how new objects can become part of a new tradition. both designers work together since 2006 and have a number of projects that deserve serious attention. well done, guys.
