london-based designer simon hasan was one of the designers who took part at design miami‘s craft punk performance during the milan design week. It was an event in a partnership with the Italian luxury fashion house fendi.
simon hasan demonstrated the creation process of his leather vases. for ‘beauty and the boiled beast’ he boiled leather, wrapped it on wooden forms, added resin and car paint. I catched him in a busy moment. luckily he had some time to draw for me.
